At Thicket & Bloom Studio, every piece is handmade with care, creativity, and intention. Because many of our items are made to order, please allow time for creation before shipment.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and made within 5–10 business days. During peak seasons or for larger orders, additional time may be needed. If you need something by a specific date, please feel free to reach out before ordering—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number via email. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they’ve been shipped.

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and are interested in ordering, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to get your items out on time, please note that once an item has been shipped, delivery timelines are in the hands of the postal service. If your order is delayed or you experience any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re happy to help track it down.
